Land services in Seneca, SC
Seneca sits between Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell, and much of our work here is on lake-area and nearby rural lots off Highway 123, Highway 28 and the back roads toward Fair Play and Richland. Lake-adjacent lots tend to slope steeply toward the water, so drainage and erosion control matter more than almost anywhere else in the county — runoff from a new driveway or pad can end up in the cove. Away from the shoreline, Seneca has plenty of older farm parcels where fence lines have grown in with cedar and vines and fields need brush clearing before they're usable again.

Seneca FAQs
- Do you work on lake lots near Keowee or Hartwell?
- Yes, on the upland part of the property. Work close to the shoreline can fall under Duke Energy (Keowee) or Army Corps of Engineers (Hartwell) shoreline rules, so we'll ask you to confirm any permits before we work near the water.
- My lot slopes toward the lake and the yard erodes. What helps?
- Common fixes are French drains, swales that slow and spread water, and gravel or stone where runoff concentrates. We look at where the water actually goes during your site visit.
- How far is Seneca from your base?
- Seneca is a short run from our Westminster base and is part of our regular Oconee County service area.
